SFDC Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Technical Leadership: Offer guidance to software development teams and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
• Software Solution Design and Development: Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customer-centric software solutions.
• Technology Research and Evaluation: Conduct research to identify emerging technologies that can enhance development processes.
• Architecture and Design Documentation: Maintain and update software architecture and design documentation.
• Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Quality, Performance, and Security: Ensure software solutions are developed with high levels of quality, performance, and security.
• Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
• Project Status Reporting: Communicate project status, progress, and any risks to stakeholders, including project managers and customers.
