SFCC Backend Lead

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Technical Lead who can lead multiple development tracks and a team of 12 members, ensure code quality, troubleshoot technical blockers, and work closely with business and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical tracks and manage a team of around 12 members
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality across the account
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions
• Communicate effectively with Business and Product Owners
• Convert business functionality into detailed technical stories
• Guide implementation using SFCC Script, SFRA, Pipelines, REST API, and Controllers
• Recommend best practices for Salesforce features (e.g., when to use Page Designer)
• Ensure adherence to functional knowledge of B2C commerce processes
• Design and develop third-party (backend) integrations such as:
• Address/Shipping/Tax validation
• Payment authorization
• CRM
• OMS
