Role & responsibilities
1. SuccessFactors API and Integration Centre Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors API functionalities, including Integration Centre capabilities.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust API and Integration Centre integrations to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy.
Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors API and Integration Centre releases and incorporate new features into existing integrations.
2. Integration Design and Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements.
Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions that align with business objectives.
Implement and test integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
3. Recruitment Module Enhancement:
Specialize in integrating and optimizing the SuccessFactors Recruitment module. Should be well versed with the recruitment configuration.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
Investigate and resolve integration-related problems, ensuring minimal impact on daily operations.
5. Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including design specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for team members and end-users as needed.
