Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an SF Compensation Architect with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of SF tools and technologies, including S/4 Hana.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
