Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for the SF Compensation module.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable technical solutions.
- Align compensation processes with best practices and regulatory compliance.
Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure Compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planning cycles.
- Set up compensation planning templates, business rules, and permissions.
- Manage integration with modules such as Employee Central, Variable Pay, and Payroll.
Project Management & Delivery:
- Drive workshops with stakeholders and HR business partners to gather and validate requirements.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) throughout implementation and change cycles.
- Work with implementation partners, developers, and analysts for seamless delivery.
Support & Optimization:
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Lead testing activities including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train HR administrators and compensation planners on system usage and new features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in SuccessFactors Compensation.
- SuccessFactors Compensation certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Compensation planning cycles, budgeting, guidelines, and form templates.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central and its integration points with Compensation.
- Proficient in XML configuration, business rules, role-based permissions, and workflow management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Variable Pay and Compensation Statements.
- Prior involvement in S/4HANA or SAP ecosystem integrations.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
