15+ years of experience delivering telecom services, with a strong focus on Fiber Broadband providers—preferably within the UK/EMEA regions.
Proven expertise in designing and managing services such as:
Service Desk / L1 Support
Incident & Problem Management
Network Provisioning, Configuration & Capacity Management
Change Request Management
Customer Onboarding
New Product Launch and Introduction
In-depth understanding of delivery challenges for regional fiber providers (Altnets) who own and operate their own broadband infrastructure.
Hands-on experience in:
Network and OSS/process consolidation of two or more Altnets.
Digital transformation initiatives within broadband operator environments.
Strong grasp of OSS architecture and standards, particularly TM Forum's Open Digital Architecture (formerly Frameworx).
Comprehensive knowledge of broadband telecom network architectures, including:
Access Networks: GPON, XGS-PON
Transmission: OTN, DWDM, IP/MPLS, iBGP
Core Networks: TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, DNS, DHCP
Transit & Peering: EBGP, Carrier Grade NAT
