ServiceNow UI/UX Builder Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Architect and implement portal and workspace solutions with customization in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Ensure design consistency and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide teams on portal scripting, UX frameworks, and UI Builder customization.
• Support ITSM and ITOM modules and lead architectural decisions.

Skills Requirements:

• 7 10 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to ServiceNow architecture.
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and CSS-based development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow client/server scripting and APIs.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
