• Candidates should have strong expertise in Now Assist Now Assist VA Agentic AI PredictiveTask Intelligence AICT etc
• Must have very good understanding and project experience of Writing and executing Test cases Creating Test plans Functional Testing Regression Testing
• Excellent Communication skills written verbal Interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies
• Handson experience in writing and executing automation test scripts is advantageous
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Test repos like JIRA Test Director QTP TOSCA is a definite pluseri
