ServiceNow Portal Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
• Work on UI/UX enhancements for ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Perform portal scripting in Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design.
• Create and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes).
• Work with ServiceNow APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
• Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, and Virtual Agent.

Skills Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience in a multi-tier enterprise environment.
• Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to share knowledge with the team.
