ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/Developer/GRC/Administration/HR/HAM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow IT Service Management applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow IT Service Management applications.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of ServiceNow IT Service Management applications through testing and debugging.
