Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop end-to-end architectural plans that leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities to meet business objectives.

Implementation and Integration

  • Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules with seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Configure and customize components such as ITOM, catalog items, UI scripts, and ACLs to meet specific client needs.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, performance optimization, and security standards in ServiceNow.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow platform capabilities and recommended practices.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with advancements in the ServiceNow ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency and effectiveness.
