The ServiceNow developer specializing in the ITSM module will be responsible for designing; developing; and maintaining features.
The incumbent should have an advanced Strong expertise in JavaScript programming
The ability to create reports; dashboards; including Performance Analytics and prepare package and component deliveries; and a good understanding of HTML and Angular technologies.
Manage tables; forms; business rules; system configuration
Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information.
Utilize the Performance Analytics tool to analyze data and identify potential improvements.
Design and develop custom dashboards to enable stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare packages and components related to developments made.
Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate deployment and delivery management.
Design, develop and enhance the service portal using HTML and Angular languages and/or UI Builder module.
Ensure a user-friendly interface and optimal user experience for system users
