ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer/ Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of software applications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
• Mentor and manage a team of software developers, guiding them on best practices and project execution
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to align development efforts with business goals
• Identify and implement software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and version control
• Participate in code reviews, design meetings, and other project-related discussions to provide technical guidance
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and approaches for the team
• Ensure alignment and productivity of all team members during project execution
