Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, focusing on configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of HRSD capabilities such as Case Management and Employee Service Center to deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and workflows to support HR processes.
  • Assist with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Adhere to best practices and governance standards for ServiceNow development and deployments.
  • Support Agile methodologies and contribute to iterative delivery of HRSD solutions.
  • Maintain documentation related to HRSD configurations, integrations, and customizations.
