ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing HRSD applications .
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) , workflows, and integrations.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM/HR best practices .
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project delivery.
