ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Service Center to meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement workflows, forms, and UI configurations within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using standard protocols and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure proper implementation of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
• Provide documentation, training, and support for ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Strong understanding of UI configuration, workflow design, and automation in ServiceNow.
• Experience with technologies such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SSO.
• Familiarity with integration standards and secure data exchange mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in client-facing and collaborative environments.
