Role & Responsibilities

• Work on ServiceNow HRSD modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR Service Delivery solutions.
• Support ITSM and HRSD functionalities, ensuring smooth workflows and optimized performance.
• Implement and maintain integrations with Workday, Employee Central, and other HR systems.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and enhance client-side scripts to support business requirements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvements for HRSD modules.
