Servicenow HRSD

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Develop and maintain web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (GLIDE).
• Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within ServiceNow.
• Implement and maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Work with regional databases such as MySQL and SQL for integrations and reporting.
• Maintain documentation of functional and technical designs, test cases, and configurations.
