ServiceNow GRC/IRM Professional

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other members of the engagement team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects.
• Develop security strategies, advise stakeholders, provide workshops, and support business development of ServiceNow integration for GRC.
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Perform Business Analysis and conduct Impact Assessment, Solution Architecting.
• Work closely with client to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Support in designing and architecting solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.
• Perform ServiceNow scripting, workflows designing, Flow Designers, Scripted APIs, Integration, Portal Designing, and Automated Testing Framework.
• Design and configuration of ServiceNow features and functionalities for Policy & Compliance, Advanced Risk, and Audit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM suite
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC/IRM suite (Risk and Compliance)
• Experience in design, development, migration and administration modules like Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good to have prior experience working with Banking and Financial clients
