ServiceNow Developer ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand requirements
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Strong expertise in scripting within ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Workflows
• Hands-on experience with CMDB implementation, CSDM modeling, and SPM (Demand Management)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL
• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, or others) preferred
