ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Implement and maintain CMDB and align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and tools.
• Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, and other server/client-side scripts using JavaScript.
• Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning and daily standups.
