Servicenow Developer- HRSD

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, focusing on configuration, customization, and optimization of HRSD modules.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of HRSD capabilities such as Case Management and Employee Service Center to deliver efficient solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and workflows supporting HR processes.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Support Agile methodologies and contribute to iterative delivery of HRSD solutions.
• Maintain documentation for HRSD configurations, integrations, and customizations.
