Experience Range : 5-8 yrs(Relevant)

Must-Have:
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.
- Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Documenting code and application functionality
Good-to-Have:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
- With 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, Portal, CMDB and integrations.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile is desirable.
- Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
1 .Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
2 .Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
3 .Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers
4 .Design quality features and thinks about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future
5 .Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment
6 .Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability
