TCS is hiring for Senior ServiceNow developer.

Role: Senior ServiceNow developer

Desired Experience Range: 6 to 8 years

Preferred/Current Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

· Project management skills to lead ServiceNow implementation projects.

· Requirement Gathering, analyzing, document and managing business and user requirements (both functional and non-functional) ·

Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks (through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements). ·

Understanding the big picture and scalability of complex solutions ·

Develop and optimize functional processes, in accordance with the best practices of the ServiceNOW platform.

· Support customers in their functional and technical choices around different ServiceNow modules · Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB).

· Optimize operational processes, assess their maturity and identify and evaluate efficiency gains. · Design the most relevant technical and functional solutions while respecting good practices. · Proficiency in JavaScript: ServiceNow uses JavaScript extensively for customizations, so a strong understanding of JavaScript is crucial. ·

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS).

· Knowledge of database concepts (e.g., SQL). ·

Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices can be valuable.

· Proven experience working with ServiceNow, including configuration, development, and implementation.

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related technologies.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Desirable ·

ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

· Good knowledge of ServiceNow other modules (ITBM, HRSD, ESM, etc.)
