ServiceNOW Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve application-related issues
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components
• Implement and maintain CMDB structures and related configurations
• Develop scripts and automation using ServiceNow scripting capabilities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution discussions
• Maintain documentation for application design, development, and support processes
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices
