ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management, CMDB, Catalog Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
• Design and implement ServiceNow integration solutions using APIs, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, and REST.
• Perform client-side and server-side scripting within ServiceNow.
• Customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop enhancements and new features for enterprise ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and provide production support to users.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for application design and development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
