Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business and client requirements into technical solutions and deliverables
- Design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications following CI/CD best practices
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., OWASP) and platform governance guidelines
