Servicenow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Security and Governance modules, specifically IRM (Integrated Risk Management), GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or VR (Vulnerability Response). The candidate will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow workflows to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules, including IRM, GRC, and Vulnerability Response.
• Implement automated workflows, business rules, client scripts, and script includes for security and risk management processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow modules with external systems and security tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor compliance, risk posture, and remediation progress.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices and coding standards.

Experience Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or Vulnerability Response implementation.
• Strong knowledge of scripting in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and platform customization.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external security tools and ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and KPI creation.
