Servicenow Developer

Must have:

• 12 years of overall industry experience At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Minimum 3 years of NOW platform development experience
• Minimum 2 years of integrations experience REST APIs etc
• Minimum 2 years of Custom App development experience
• Ability to write optimal code using JS and should be strong in ServiceNow scripting
• Must be hands on should be able to write code
• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Develop dashboards scorecards indicators breakdowns and widgets tailored to business needs
• Integrate PA with various ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD CSM etc
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices in analytics and reporting
• Lead the design and implementation of Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs targets and actionable insights
• Optimize data collection strategies and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers
• Experience in leading large global teams
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical specs low level design
• Experience in conducting architecture reviews design reviews code reviews testing debugging and documentation
