Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Implement modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Customize UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Workflows, and other configurations.
Solution Implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Deliver solutions that are scalable and aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Platform Optimization
- Identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to streamline processes.
- Maintain system efficiency and ensure up-to-date documentation of changes and implementations.
Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business users for smooth project execution.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow environments and configurations.
