ServiceNow Developer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications
• Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems
• Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements
• Work with IT professionals to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in script-based ServiceNow components: business rules, client scripts, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, etc.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL skills
• Good understanding of ITIL service operation processes
• Experience with API integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer) preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work night shifts
