Job Description
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
