Job Description

  • Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource
  • Design, development, and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Analysis of functional requirement specifications and proposing technical feasibility and solutions
  • Mentoring field resources in implementation methodology and best practices
  • Managing platform upgrades and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues collaboratively
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Total 4+years of experience into Servicenow Implementation
  • Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and custom solutions
  • Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and other related technologies
  • A ServiceNow certification is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
