Job Description
- Skills in customizing ServiceNow including scripting, configuration, design work, technical configuration, integration development, and managing instances.
- Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions in customer facing roles
- Should have experience in CSM case management, CSM Agent workspace,
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in the CSM modules of ServiceNow.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and other systems used in the customer service ecosystem - preferably integrations with Email, RPA, SAP, TDRF is desired.
- Developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, UI pages, UI scripts, UI actions, UI Policies, reports, and dashboards to support customer service management processes.
- Configure and maintain. ServiceNow security and user permissions in adherence to best practices Configuring and managing ServiceNow modules.
- Ability to engage with customers to understand requirements and provide appropriate ServiceNow solution recommendations as needed.
- Analyze complex business problems and assess how ServiceNow can provide solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Capable of working independently and providing quality control of customer-specific extensions, configurations, and integrations
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in an agile environment preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe)
- Implementation,Customization and Maintenance experience in other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM/ ITSM/ ITBM/ ITAM/ HRSD etc would be an advantage.
- Should be ServiceNow Certified System
- Administrator and preferably Certified implementation Specialist – CSM
