Location: PAN INDIA

Work Mode: Hybrid Mode

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong CMDB focus
• Deep understanding of:
• CMDB & CSDM
• ITAM - SAM & HAM
• CI relationships and lifecycle management
• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Handson experience with:
• Discovery and Service Mapping
• Import Sets and Transform Maps
• CMDB Health Dashboard
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes – CMDB context)
• REST/SOAP integrations (CMDB data sources)
• MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
• SQL / data analysis skills (preferred)

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB
• ServiceNow ITOM Discovery / Service Mapping (preferred)
• ITIL Foundation or higher
