ServiceNow Architect CSDM Module

Required Skills & Experience 

• 9+ years of total IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSDM framework and CMDB data modeling .
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and integrations .
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, APIs) .
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Experience in solution design, workflow automation, and process re-engineering .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist is a plus.
