Servicenow Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and administer ServiceNow production systems with strong hands-on expertise.
• Work extensively in Linux environments for ServiceNow platform activities.
• Develop and enhance ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide L2 administration support as per shift requirements.
• Triage and resolve incidents, handle major events, and support release and deployment activities.
• Participate in and manage incident escalation calls to ensure timely resolutions.
