Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)
- HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other modules as needed
- Develop custom workflows, scripts, integrations, UI policies, and business rules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and solution specs.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow administration tasks such as user/group access, roles, instance upgrades, and patching.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and compliance standards.
- Support the testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and new features.
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development or administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow data models.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) preferred.
Desirable:
- Experience with integrations using MID Server, web services, or third-party platforms (e.g., Azure, Jira, SCCM).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
