Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as:
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)
  • HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other modules as needed
  • Develop custom workflows, scripts, integrations, UI policies, and business rules.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and solution specs.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Manage ServiceNow administration tasks such as user/group access, roles, instance upgrades, and patching.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and compliance standards.
  • Support the testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and new features.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development or administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow data models.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) preferred.

Desirable:

  • Experience with integrations using MID Server, web services, or third-party platforms (e.g., Azure, Jira, SCCM).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
