• Flow Designer
• End-to-end experience in ITIL framework setup and delivery in consultation with the process of update sets deployment
• Experience in coding:
• HTML5
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• JavaScript
• Creating email notifications and scheduled jobs in ServiceNow
• Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
• Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
