Job Description

• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow and Development for 5-8 years.
• Experience with web technologies such as Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, web services, and other similar technologies
• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management.
• System integration, such as web services, REST API's, SOAP, MID, etc
• Must have ServiceNow Implementation and Upgrade experience.
• Must have experience in Architect design change and review.
• Writing various Server-side scripts like Script Includes, Business Rules etc.
• Exposure to ServiceNow APM module
• Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Incident Management, Catalog Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
• Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
• Content Management: developing ESS page
• UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
• Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
• Used ACL's for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
