Role & responsibilities -
- 5+years experience in ServiceMax & SFDC.
- Must have Service Max tool configuration, ServiceMax Service Flow Manager Knowledge, Timesheet Management, Mobile configuration.
- Must have Salesforce ServiceMax Technical/Functional Skills
- Should have extensive experience in creating Apex Classes, Flows, Lightning, Apex Triggers and Visual force Pages and batch classes.
- Should have experience in Deployment process using Salesforce Scratch Org and agile Devops knowledge.
- Should be able to design optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Should have worked in Agile projects and be conversant with the Agile Development nuances. Should have excellent understanding of SFDC Landscape and Modules
- Should have experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Should have good understanding of Sales and Service application functionalities.
- Should have designed Web Pages in Visual force / LWC / Lightning within SFDC for meeting functional needs.
- Should be able to write Java Script in ServiceMax.
