Project Role : Mobilization Representative

Project Role Description : Work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams. Participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.

Summary:

As a Mobilization Representative, you will work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist in solution realization and service transition activities.

- Execute and track issue identification and resolution.

- Maintain customer relationships of identified work streams.

- Participate in solution architecture planning activities.

- Ensure smooth transition of work for outsourcing engagement.

- - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.

- - Strong understanding of project management principles.

- - Experience in executing service transition activities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Transition.

- This position is based at our Noida office.
