Service Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of residential solar plants.

2. Address and resolve bill reading issues.

3. Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery.

4. Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration.

5. Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs

6. Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations
