Service Now Professional

We're seeking a ServiceNow Professional with 6-10 years of overall experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform. You'll need an excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations, and Scripting. This includes in-depth knowledge of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations. Strong technical command of JavaScript and sound programming fundamentals with 4-5 years of hands-on coding, scripting, and debugging experience are essential.

Ideally, you'll also have ServiceNow System Administration, Performance Analytics, or similar certifications. An understanding of Data and Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, and Dashboards, along with experience in creating reports, dashboards, alternate visualizations, validating data integrity, and troubleshooting issues, would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build state-of-the-art applications and visualizations using the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
• Hands-on Development: Perform hands-on development of ServiceNow applications and components, partnering with business and analytics teams as required.
• Stakeholder Counseling: Counsel business stakeholders on the latest trends, best practices, alternative designs, and solutions that meet their business needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Work alongside Business Analysts to analyze requirements, determine scope, level of effort, and resource needs to meet business demand.
• Quality Assurance: Be accountable for ensuring deliverables to business stakeholders are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.

Required Skills

• Overall experience: 6-10 years with application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations, and Scripting.
• Development Knowledge: In-depth understanding of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations.
• JavaScript Proficiency: Technical command on JavaScript.
• Programming Fundamentals: Sound programming fundamentals with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in coding, scripting, and debugging.

Desired Skills
