We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring effective implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Create and manage ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
• Implement ServiceNow best practices for development and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and users.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Ability to write and manage ServiceNow update sets and custom applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
