Job Description
- Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with the ServiceNow administrators and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Configuring the platform to meet business requirements, including customizing forms, reports, and workflows. Debugging and fixing issues in existing ServiceNow solutions.
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation, such as design documents, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Providing support to end-users, including troubleshooting and training on new features and functionalities. Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new releases.
- Additionally, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies is also required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also important.
