Job Description

  • Coordinate SAP Basis support between support levels 1, 2 and 3 when tickets need escalation management
  • Implement changes based on new requirements within own technical area
  • Manage and control the work done by the vendors proactively
  • Communicate with and inform relevant stakeholders concerning changes
  • Support, consult and participate in operational development projects
  • Manage the documentation related to the own technical area
  • Follow directions and framework set for the development and delivery of an application
  • Perform supporting actions necessary to meet the requirements for an application
  • Make proposals and provide information to support decision making concerning the application
  • Operational actions with outsourcing and technology partners in SAP environment
  • Implementing and promoting solutions in SAP environment al
