Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Must have Skills: Automic/UC4 , One Automation batch scheduling and adminstration
Good To Have: Automic Scripting, shell scripting and Team Building
Roles & responsibilities :
Experience in Automic Engine (UC4) platform administration
Have hands on experience on Automic(UC4) Administration (User provisioning, monitoring and bug fixes)
Good hands-on Automation Engine (UC4/Automic) upgrade and migrations.
Experience in installing, configuring Automation Engine, Agents Plug-ins or adaptors for UC4
Experience in Remote Agent Installations & Agent troubleshooting in UC4/Automic
Perform the changes as per business requirement and perform Patching activities on Automation Engine
Experience in calendars creations and maintenance in UC4/Automic
Resolving high priority issue related to UC4/Automic components.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the system's stability and reliability, health checking, system upgrades, troubleshooting, scripting and automation of manual process.
Perform maintenance activities
L3 level of activities in Job Scheduling Environments Primary: UC4/Automic
Sound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practices
Ideation to automate repetitive tasks and process.
Experience in improving the performance of the jobs by optimizing the underlying resources/design/setup.
Troubleshooting agent issues, WP & CPs by analyzing logs; Creating, managing, and triaging on vendor tickets.
Experience in Automic Scripting, basic shell scripting.
Work with clients to understand user requirements and convert them to job/plan design.
Handle issues, client calls and resolve issues effectively and guide team internally where needed.
End to end set up, installation, configuration and patching of UC4 environment, with expert knowledge on Automic architecture and utilities.
