Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process within the SIAM model
- Ensure adherence to standardized change policies, procedures, and governance across all vendors
- Coordinate and integrate changes across internal IT teams, external suppliers, and third-party providers
- Act as the single point of accountability for change execution and conflict resolution
- Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings
- Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, and rollback planning for all changes
- Communicate change plans, risks, and updates to technical and business stakeholders
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to IT changes
- Monitor and analyze change performance metrics such as success rate, failures, and emergency changes
- Drive continual service improvement initiatives based on insights and trend analysis
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational standards
