Service Engineer - Digital Printer

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure printers on local networks, including USB and Ethernet connections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electronic, and connectivity faults in printers.
• Repair or replace printer components such as rollers, fusers, print heads, and cartridges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring smooth operation on networked systems.
• Provide technical support for specialty printers, including wide-format and digital printing devices.
• Maintain service records, documenting repairs, replacements, and service visits.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Stay updated on new printing technologies and electronics for continuous improvement.
